In 2022, renowned Korean-American violinist Kara Nam co-founded the Korea International School of Arts (KISA) with her husband, conductor James Junghyun Cho, and currently serves as the institution’s principal. As the only school in Korea that seamlessly integrates the arts with a rigorous academic curriculum, KISA offers a transformative education for student artists in grades 4 through 12.
